Bundoran Apartments and Holiday Homes (All Property Terms of Short Term Accommodation and Contractual Bookings)

Check In/Check Out Times

Check in is from 3pm.
Check out is at or before 11am.
You will receive email instructions closer to your check in date with check in instructions.

House Rules

Quite Hours are from 10pm – 10am.
No smoking is allowed anywhere in the building.
No Parties or excessive noise will be tolerated.
NO VISITORS OTHER THAN PAYING GUESTS CAN VISIT THE PROPERTY. If you intend to have guests over in any capacity you will need to inform management beforehand and have it in writing from management that guests are allowed in the property whilst under this contracted booking.
A late call out fee due to excessive noise or parties will result in loss of deposit and we will possibly have to ask you to vacate the property.
You may only have paying guests stay at the property.
Your booking will state how many guests are staying.
No Pets are allowed in the property.
Any damage to the property or contents will result in a replacement fee.
Any excessive damage not paid for in full will be reported to the Garda and possibly prosecuted.
Late check out will be charged at 75euro per hour.
Please ensure all dishes and cutlery used are cleaned. Additional charges will be applied for excessive mess and cleaning required.

Cancelations Policy

Bookings can be cancelled with a full refund if booked and cancelled within 48 hours.  This is only applicable for bookings made more than 2 weeks prior to check in.
Bookings can be cancelled with a full refund of deposit 30 days prior to check in.
If a booking is cancelled between 29 days and 15 days before the check in date there is a charge of the deposit payment 25% of the full booking payment.
Cancelations 14 days or less before the check in date are non refundable and non transferable.

Security Authorisation

During your stay we hold a security authorisation on your chosen card. The authorisation is a hold on funds in your account. The funds do not leave your account. The authorisation is released on the day of checkout and can take up to 24 or 48 hours on some international accounts. Usually it is instantaneous.
We will process the security authorisation only if house rules are broken or a serious similar incident. We have no desire to keep any security authorisation and have only ever processed this charge in rare and extreme cases.
